Property Seminar Events
Updated: Mar 5, 2022
Going to Property events can be hugely, hugely beneficial to you, especially when there are people going on stage giving you information.
Yesterday, I attended Samuel Leeds' Rent To Rent Revolution and as this is the strategy I'm going to be executing in the near future, I wanted to get as much information as possible. I had already signed up for the online version so the majority of the information I already knew, but I brought my Mum along so the knowledge she got was all new to her. In fact, that was the sole purpose for her going.
She had me constantly talking to her every day about property and Rent To Rent in particular. I've started my company based on that strategy and I wanted my Mum to be involved. She came completely sceptical, not knowing what she was getting herself into and by the end of the day she was completely on board, with a wealth of knowledge on both HMO's and Serviced Accommodation. She even told Samuel this!
Going to seminars like these also gives you the opportunity to network. This aspect is something I love. Connecting with like-minded individuals and all being on the same page gives you a wealth of confidence - knowing that you're actually doing the right thing - and the energy in the room is second to none. It's such an enjoyable day.
My first property event was back in June 2021. I went to the Samuel Leeds Crash Course in Manchester and I met Michael. We spent the day together, later watching England vs Germany. We went on the Property Millionaire Intensive together in Liverpool too. He won the raffle yesterday, meaning he gets unlimited support for twelve months and also gets a course of his choice for free. This opens the door to massive opportunities and I can't wait for him to succeed.
Meeting new people you wouldn't normally meet in the day-to-day lives we live is quite incredible really, those people will support you in your business and property journey, guiding you on what you need to do and can improve on, and ultimately offering you a huge amount of value. Helping and supporting others also gives you a really good feeling. Just the camaraderie of networking is something you can't miss out on if you want to succeed in property.
I've just booked on to the crash course for September. This will be my fourth event in as many months. As they say, your network is your net worth, and having a strong network will unlock doors that qualifications cannot.
